  January 24, 2017 - OK, least desirable of 3 other reds we had for dinner party - nothing stood out. Glad it was the last bottle opened.

  January 23, 2017 - I am unsure why, but on so many Chilean Cabernets, I get a very stemmy, woodsy note. Perhaps I consumed this too young, but I found it to be rather unremarkable. A bit one dimensional with red fruits that seemed a bit thin encumbered by a very woody streak that was a distraction. Perhaps they use whole cluster or don't fully de-stem or just use an imbalance of new oak. I cannot be sure, but I didn't much care for it.
