November 7, 2020 - On the nose- Big bright red fruits, bright fresh cherries, fresh strawberries, watermelon, fresh roses, raspberries, apricots, macadamia nuts, fresh baked bread, peaches, pink grapefruit
On the palate- Big bright red fruits and bright fresh cherries, fresh strawberries, watermelon and fresh roses, raspberries and apricots, macadamia nuts and fresh baked bread notes, peaches and pink grapefruit on the finish with a great zip of acid, just a great bottle of bubbles that is drinking KILLER now but could age another 7-10 years with no problem -

November 28, 2019 - I'm not a huge fan of either roses or bruts, but this bottle bridges the best of those worlds to create something better than its parts. This has a nice, crisp fruit flavor that is a little more restrained than most in its style.

October 6, 2019 - Domaine Carneros is arguably the best Champagne-Owned sparkling wine house in the US (nods to Roederer Estate and Gruet, of course). Delicate orangish-pink with subtle strawberry and cherry and a touch of creaminess on the nose leads to a lovely sparkling wine replete with lovely fruit, tart acidity, and a lively yet soothing effervescence.
