  February 6, 2020 - Very good medium body, well balanced wine. Enjoyable nose of barrique, red fruits and herb (tarragon?). Primary notes of cherries, strawberries, currants. Secondary notes of leather, barn, prune, tobacco and perhaps some black olives. Wine was PNP and was good. After it breathed for two hours, it opened up quite nicely. Tannins are beautifully integrated, silky and provide a very pleasant mid-palette. Finale is quite lengthy. Overall a nice surprise and a very enjoyable wine. Fairly PQR.

  October 26, 2018 - Trip to Rioja - Angie's 50th; 10/24/2018-10/26/2018 (Haro and surrounding area): Soft, red creamy fruit, soft tannins, some nice savoury notes emerging on the good length finish.

  September 19, 2018 - Great wood and cloves aroma. Somewhat sweet and good body. Stands well to a good Serrano ham. Very nicely surprised. Would definitely buy again.
