February 28, 2024 - Acker "Paulee" Burgundy Dinner (Capital Seafood - Beverly Hills CA): Paulee style dinner. From magnum. This showcased both Chardonnay and Pinot beautifully, with rich and powerful apple and berry throughout. still nicely fresh enough with faint mature edges. Wonderful.
