November 27, 2014 - Smooth, sweet, with an earthy depth that I know will continue to develop over the next decade.

October 10, 2014 - Honey and citrus on the nose, on the palate a mellifluous combination of honey, peach, almond with a note of acid to cut the sugar and make you want to take another sip!

Still going strong on day two. In addition to the flavor profile I noted on day one, I'm getting some apricot now after chilling a glass in the subzero, and more citrus notes. When it was just normal food fridge temperature, it accentuated the sweet peachy flavors. I think I prefer it chilled, though it is delicious when pulled from a regular fridge.

Still outstanding on day three; add cantelope and caramel to the list of secondary and tertiary flavors going on here.

May 22, 2014 - TTWG Produttori Blind (Casa di Rosso): Pronounced nose of stone and tropical fruit, spice. Fairly light, slightly chalky mouthfeel. Very high botrytis and high acid. Very nice.

May 3, 2014 - A very nice way to finish a dinner with friends. Deep bright gold colour with fresh peach, apricot and even a touch of mango and tapers of to a smooth honey finish. Long and nicely trimmed by great acidity. So enjoyable now.

March 20, 2014 - Gold hue with pale color & slight haze. Very aromatic, peach with melba toast. Smooth acidity. Flavors of peach with crumb crust, lemon curd, honeysuckle, honeycomb, nectarine & lemon crème brulee. Incredibly rich & decadent with just the right amount of sweetness. Exceptional! Ricotta cheesecake makes excellent pairing.

(Chateau La Tour Blanche Sauternes) This too is very appealing, with plenty of fresh honey and vanilla aroma to be found on the nose. Rich but quite direct in style, creamy and lusciously textured, with a wealth of vanilla and spice flavour. A good presence of acidity too, to provide some lift and balance. This perhaps has really excellent potential.
