June 23, 2021 - Drank @ sushiya together w/a bunch of whites. Quite a surprise w/the nose, very much of vanilla, nutty, pineapple, very enjoyable and not the 'cosmetic' type nose.... Palate-wise, smooth & a little sweet, easy to drink for sure, while not being thin-body. I quite like it and happy to have some more in the future.

July 6, 2019 - Incredible Cali Chard. In fact one of the bvest older Cali Chardonnays I've tasted all year long. Butterscotch, walnut, honeysuckle, freshly churned butter, golden delicious apple. Glorious wine.

May 31, 2013 - This wine is way over the hill how. Very weak dusty grapefruit on the nose. In the mouth it's just one notch above flavored water, butter with a touch of lemon zest but all really weak and barely detectable.

September 25, 2012 - I am not impressed. This is supposed the be some of the best Chardonnay in the country but this wine lacks a lot of quality characteristics... this may be beyond its years. Nose is extremely petrol with some lemon zest and dust like somebody hung a lemon car freshener in an attic. In the mouth it's super tight and slightly bitter with supper strong grapefruit, dry bread, and chalk. Finishes a bit hot but surprisingly long.

Remember you don't drink the label.

May 31, 2009 - Good finish. Not as complex as I expected, but may be past it's prime.
