July 12, 2016 - Not super aromatic and rich like other Gewürztraminers such as the ones of Pfaff or Ostertag, but elegant and well-balanced. Transparent and crisp (something to do with the vintage?) A very nice wine to go with food. On the nose, ginger bread, grape, lycee, green apple. Higher acidity than the typical gerwurz from Alasce. Longish finish. Drink it up. Will hold but won't improve.

March 4, 2016 - Que c'est bien fait ! Année après année je ne suis jamais déçu du Gewurztraminer de Léon Beyer. Toujours aussi succulent, d'un jaune paille sur des notes de pomme verte,fleur blanche,épice, c'est de toute beauté ! Équilibre parfait acidité/alcool. Un bon 5 ans de garde potentiel. j'adore !
