July 15, 2018 - This wine is on its way out, but still has enough in it for me to detect the earthy aroma and the tobacco and leather flavors with hints of prune. I love the flavors of old wines, so I'm enjoying this one very much.

June 24, 2017 - Hard to tell in this light, but looks pretty dense in coloring. Aromas of black cherry, cassis, earthy funk, and floral. Medium body, acid, and finish, with flavors of dried and fresh black cherry, plum, cassis, and mineral. Definitely aged, but not past enjoyable for me, although I'd drink sooner than later.

August 14, 2015 - completely over the hill. Light body on the palate. Some fruit on the nose. Vituri'ed 3 times but didn't improve over pnp. Sour cherry after taste, very old world. Maybe leave decant for 5-6 hours to see if the sour/acid undertone mellows... But not recommend this one even at 15 bucks.
