May 16, 2017 - Delicious paired with Top Sirloin banquet meal at A. J. Spurs in Arroyo Grande. Dark ruby color with rich, robust and complex flavors brought out the best of an excellent meal. Clearly at the peak, but just hints of too much age, some sediment. Drink now and enjoy!

December 20, 2009 - This wine is still too young, clearly crafted for aging. Still bitter tannins predominate but not so much that the fruit displayed doesn't have time to impress. This should be held at least two more yrs from today
