January 26, 2007 - For those of you who would like to experience the minerals and flowery aromas that a German Riesling can offer, but who cannot stand sweetness in your whites, this is the wine for you. Truly dry (like an Alsace), yet with the typical nose and mineral complexity of Rheingau Rieslings. Pale yellow color; nose of minerals, flowers, and fruit; freshness in the palate, with good accidity and some fizzyness. An excellent choice to go with Chinese, Thai, or Indian food. Drink from now until 2011.
