  June 5, 2011 - This still remains one of the best batches of Puligny-Montrachet that I ever had the pleasure of getting - and even though this particular vintage has aged past its prime (or even drinkability), this is one of the rare spectacular bottles reminiscent of yore.

  December 8, 2009 - This was really an amazing bottle. The more I go through them, the more I like them. I can't say anything but good things about it... the colour is absolutely phenomenal, and it's a rich, buttery honey finish. I had this bottle without any decanting, and it was absolutely phenomenal.

  June 27, 2009 - great nose. the age really comes out. color is a deep, rich gold. honey and caramel notes. very powerful wine, maybe even a bit rough at first; certainly needs to be decanted for a while - then again, for 12 years in a bottle, that would be a fair point.
