August 14, 2016 - A private lunch (Restaurant Manfreds, Copenhagen, Denmark): Pale straw yellow; very dry and mineral nose, linen, hint of apple; crisp acidity, the bone-dry palate is more about texture than about flavour; yeasty finish, slightly phenolic, good length. Pure and direct but hardly complex or charming.
