January 22, 2022 - Still very nice but changing from crisp apple and lemon to take on more of a baked apple profile. For me, this was better 2-3 years ago when it showed more Chablis character. In contrast, A-R's Trout Gulch of the same vintage is in great place now.

July 8, 2020 - Wow. Really in a good place. At first felt richer and a bit oaky/malo-y but it settled in so nicely. Lots of acid and balance. One of the more Burgundian California Chardonnays I’ve had. I bet good bottles could go another 5+ years.

May 4, 2020 - Light yellow-gold, reticent at first, citrus, nectarine, sea spray. Opens nicely with warming and has improved after a few more years in the bottle. Somewhat like an old style Puligny with some Chablis character, but definitely California. Excellent structure and acidity. No oak or butter. Really a marvelous expression of California chardonnay for my tastes. Excellent now, should last, perhaps more will come.

March 14, 2020 - All tropical fruit, suspect zero malo and zero oak. Delicious
