January 29, 2018 - Deep gold with a pronounced aroma, of honey, saffron, dried apricots, wet stone and lilacs. Petrol was very subdued.
Luscious, high acidity, med+ body, low alcohol and a long finish. Pronounced flavours of dried apricots, honey, saffron and toasted nuts.
Very well balanced wine, the acidity is refreshing and well balanced with the sweetness. The flavours are complex and deep showing primary fruit as well as bottle age.
