August 31, 2018 - Complex, expressive but still subdued nose, tart red fruit with earthiness and acidity but lower tannin checks all the boxes for me as Santa Barbra Country pinot. Everything is in place and this is a simple, delicious expression of place that matched my expecation perfectly.

June 24, 2018 - Beautiful floral nose. Muted dark fruit on the palate. Soft tanin and nice acidity on the longish finish. My first ABC pinot will definitely be followed by more.

December 21, 2017 - Dieser PN aus Santa Maria Valley ist alles andere als ein Schwergewicht. Unterholz, Lakritz. Dazu eine schöne Kirschfrucht. Es fehlt etwas die burgundische Feinheit, für meinen Geschmack zu brav und geschmeidig. Die Säure verleiht ihm Frische. 91

April 28, 2017 - Truffle and strawberry aromas with slight oak. Palate has some fruit but not as interesting as the nose. Medium finish with bitterness on the end. Medium acidity.
