February 24, 2024 - This is a serious wine that’s in an incredible place. Layers of tertiary notes with a piercing acidity to carry it along. Enjoyed over several hours.

February 24, 2024 - This was exceptional. Bready and rich, this had a wonderful aroma and even better palate. What a beautiful spot for this wine. It makes you do a double take. Would gladly have again. Exceptional.

December 26, 2023 - Well balanced, great acidity and depth. Yeasty/bready aromas, berry fruit. Thick mousse but it disappears in a dozen or so seconds. Wonderful overall flavours. Drinking beautifully at this point.
