  On opening, the cork showed barely any saturation, perfect fill level. Garnet color with noticable bricking that faded over time leaving a darker ruby-purple color. Very sweet fruit comthing through, with but with a significant, somewhat intrusive, acid profile, and beginning to thin out a bit. Loads of tertiary raisin notes, with clean black berry fruits present, but that acid is never going to be in balance. By now, the oak has integrated fully, tanins are resolved. Fun to drink with a pasta dish that could cope with the acid, but the glass I'm having now, after dinner, has an abrasive finish.
