December 16, 2023 - Nose: mossy cedar, sweet fungi. Palate: Silky mocha, cigar box, resolved tannins. Very nicely aged Bordeaux, like a forest floor without a modicum of oxidized fruit.

July 13, 2023 - Lovely wine no doubt about it and my only complaint is the weak texture. I mean it is close to a watery feeling. I think the main reason for it is 12.5% ABV. I know this is Pauillac, but it would be nice to get some kicks 🙂
All elements both smell and smell are fantastic. By the way this wine was 2 hours in decounter.
    Aromas:
    Forest
    Minerals
    Flowers
    Herbs
    Cedar
    Blackberry
    Black cherry
    Smoke
    Leather
    Tobacco
    Flavors:
    Black currant
    Black cherry
    Herbs
    Vanilla ice cream
Finish with baking spice, ripe red cherry
Tannins and acidity are with perfect balance with all elements. Soft, but vivid, fresh, active.

2012 was outstanding vintage in Pauillac according WA Vintage Guide - 92 pts
One of those wines, that you don't want to finish.

June 11, 2023 - PNP drank over the evening. From a small family owned chateau in Paulliac, very well made and classically styled. Red and black fruit, minerals, tobacco and dusty tannins. Youthful, but nicely balanced. 12.5% ABV. Delightful now and over the next ten years. Strong value.

March 28, 2023 - 2h air. Deep ruby color. Aromas of blackcurrant, dried cherry, new leather, umami, dust and bay leaf. Medium-full bodied, graceful and supple, with a smooth texture. Red and black fruit, giving way to umami, licorice and intense red fruit through the finish. Mature chalky tannins add support.
