June 26, 2016 - A private lunch (Restaurant Guinea Grill, Mayfair, London, UK): Steely and crisp, pure and fresh, floral, juicy, elegant, ripe citrus fruit, cool minerality, lovely balance and length, finishes with a touch of cotton candy. Delicious.

April 8, 2016 - Nose: very mineral wet rocks and slate, lime, apricot, elderflower and some green fruit notes very interesting
Taste: medium bodied, medium+ acidity, crisp, clean and vibrant, lime, lemon, peach, wet rocks, elegant, good length finish, some similitaries to rieslings from Rheingau, nice surprise
