May 5, 2024 - At Schwarzer Adler in Vogtsburg. Waxy undertones. Stone fruit, marille and clementine. A settled and calm wine with mineral notes of cold ash. Round palate with very nice acidity, adding just the right amount of freshness. Expands even with a bit of aeration. A nicely aged Pinot Gris, but probably also as good as it gets.
