June 27, 2016 - Was a bit harsher than I expect a chenin blanc to be. It mellowed after time in the fridge open. Drank lazily over several days, was surprised after being open a week it wasn't bitter or rancid tasting. I found it was actually much smoother than when I first opened it. Citrus, grass, lime, initially and lemon curd, hay, custard at the end.

October 5, 2015 - Lovely sweet herbal aromas are complemented by subtle baking spices. The palate shows good medium-bodied weight, with spicy apple, grass and ginger flavors that have a slightly candied nature.
