May 29, 2023 - Held up extremely well. Still has depth to it. Pop and poured. Beautiful nose and delicious taste.

August 6, 2017 - Wow this wine drinks like it is 10 years younger. Pours dark. Great nose. Medium concentration and still firm tannin. Nice lingering finish.

April 30, 2015 - Saturated dark ruby color. Ripe aromas of blackcurrant, black cherries, chocolate and subtle hint of eucalyptus/mint. Medium bodied. Lush on entry followed by juicy black fruits wrapped on dark cocoa powder. Secondary flavors of beef blood (rare steak), cigar box and leather. Perfect accompaniment to short ribs. At peak.

February 15, 2013 - Nose of sweet charcoal and burnt cherries. Chocolate and burn cherries with a hint of toasted wood. Well integrated tannins with a medium finish.

August 16, 2011 - Really interesting. Vanilla, coffee and black cherry on the nose. Black cherry and strawberry flavors. Nice acidity gives a fresh feel. Balanced with lighter body. The wine is lush upon entry but loses steam in the mid-palate and a shorter finish but very enjoyable.
