  December 8, 2023 - PnP coravin. Excellent. Not as dry as I remember it, and so not in the Musar or Tondonia vein. If anything, it reminds me of a fully mature 30 year old high end Riesling. Delicious and probably deserving an even higher score after airation or more years.

  April 16, 2022 - Deep golden amber. From the start it delivers notes of hay, dried apricots and quince, bitter almonds, brandy and some petrol. On the palate it reveals some sweetness, some tannin in the finish and an excellent balance with low acidity, what is uncommon as far as I can say and what is maybe due to the hot summer in this vintage. Extended airing gives no benefit, but decreases the intensity. This bottle was cellared under perfect conditions since release and it seems unlikely to me, that it could benefit from further cellaring. -2025 if cellared perfectly since release. All in all it is just another bottle from this producer that didn'meet my expectations given the reputation (and price), though it is excellent and maybe just outstanding, but far from deserving a higher outstanding or extraordinary score. 5/13/17/8

  March 26, 2022 - Brought this and served this blind to some applause - but hard to guess. Very intense,m somewhat sweet, accent on the minerals, pronounced acidity, layered wine; excentric. Quite rich, 2003 speaks. Mature, but no hurry.

  October 10, 2020 - Nez discret mais une bouche d'une grande richesse. L'oxydation n'a survécu que quelques minutes à l'aération. Rondeur, onctuosité en bouche, vraiment une belle bouteille. Surprenant de fraicheur pour une bouteille qui a quand même de l'âge ...

  January 11, 2020 - Med+ intense golden colour. Med intense and clean bouquet. Dry w. a hint of sweetness, med acid, med+ body and intensity. Oxidized richness like a sherry. med to long finish. Good, but not incredible. Maybe not stored right?
  
  Drink (though some might say keep).
  
  My notes: Apple mash, peaches, tea, caramel, coffee liqueur, honey cake, oranges, almondt. And burnt and bitter feeling.
