Community Tasting Notes 1

July 23, 2022 - A little thin and pinched on the nose to start. Took a while to really unfurl. Drank well over three nights, with cherry, beetroot and undergrowth notes abound. A drier style with an almost chalky, powdery texture. Lovely and a little old skool but it does still need plenty of air.
