February 11, 2021 - Beautiful wine with salmon. The high acidity (and I’m assuming low pH) have this wine in suspended animation. Still utterly youthful. Aromatic, complex and correct in every way. Wonderful foil for grilled salmon with mustard sauce. 90

February 20, 2020 - Just opened my last bottle last night (2/20/2020), and surprised by it's freshness - no hint of bricking, still clear light raspberry red color, fresh flavors of cherry and a little raspberry and currant in the background, hints of wood (oak?) and a bit of spiciness. Balanced acidity makes it a great food wine! Professional reviewers (Parker, Wine Spectator) both estimated shorter cellaring, so I was surprised that this wine was drinking so beautifully!

April 7, 2017 - Nose: a familiar strawberry and oak nose. If I was blind folded I would think this was a California Pinot just by the smell.
Taste: oak, anise, strawberry with a great ruby type color.
Again, are we sure this isn't a California Pinot?
Probably one of the best values I have seen lately.
