July 8, 2006 - Annual DBGCBU: Nose suggests a bit prematurely aged as secondary characters quite prominent whilst wine lacks freshness. Quite pretty floral aromas but not overly complex. The palate is a bit the same, no real depth of flavour. A little lean, dilute. Lacks concentration and finishes quite abruptly. Maybe bottle was in poor condition as I expected this to be much better than it was. Certainly wouldn't keep this any longer.Disappointing.
