March 2, 2024 - I've really enjoyed the younger vintages of this wine, having tried both the 2020 and 2021 within the past year. So, seeing a bottle with 10 years of age on the wine list was incredibly exciting.
Initially, it was quite funky, almost off-putting. Since I hadn't experienced a Beaujolais with this much age before, I didn't want to assume the wine was bad. It had a super sour, almost spoiled red fruit flavor. Thankfully, this seemed to dissipate quite quickly with some exposure to oxygen.
Afterward, the bottle showed lively cherries, earthy notes, and subtle spice from time to time. It was a super interesting and enjoyable bottle to taste. I would love to try it again, as I know this wine can exhibit drastic variations in the bottle with time. -

January 21, 2024 - Un vin ayant vieillit avec élégance, petits fruits acidulés, bouquet légèrement sur le thé. La bouche est fine et fondue mais toujours vécu ce fruit croquant et cette acidité lui donnant structure et minéralité.
