May 5, 2019 - Completely missed the fact that this was a Sec when choosing it for dinner pairing, but what a perfect mistake.
Complex deep taste with ocean spray, brioche, grilled lemon/lemon curd and oyster shells with a pleasant "dirty note" to keep it all interesting.
Comment from the sommelier serving "this is probably the best tasting champagne in the room tonight". Absolutely splendid! -

May 5, 2009 - Another one absoltely ready - I wouldn't want to have left this anywhere for much longer. It didn't have ideal storage for much of its life which may make it more mature than it otherwise would be.
