December 25, 2023 - Grapefruit and brioche on the nose, with some green apple. Very typical BdB Champagne mouthfeel and finish; creamy, pleasant yeast, fine mousse, dry.

September 1, 2023 - Tart, full of citrus and grapefruit, mineral, lemonade, and some other nutty flavors; very much a blanc de blancs. Nice NV champagne and definitely a value in this price range.
