September 24, 2023 - A "cult" wine tasting and lunch (Restaurant Bak, Amsterdam, NL): Oxidative nose, crème brûlée turns into dried apples, on the palate the acidic structure is completely intact, drying bitters on the finish. Not sure if this correct, not rated.

July 6, 2023 - Now this was good, but the Beauregard I drank at the same time was just clearly better. Still this was nicely mature, candied lemon and red apples to go with the chalky minerality.

April 14, 2023 - White Burgundy Dinner (Asia Grand): Blind. Had this 2nd time in a little over a month. Totally different experience compared to the earlier and rather disappointing knowing the producer. This seems little premox, med lemon in appearance with notes of chrysanthemum and honey. Finish was long with lemon notes.

April 14, 2023 - White Burgundies at Asia Grand: Had lots of variability with his wine unfortunately. A little dark in colour, palate was definitely a little advanced for this. Drinkable but not very interesting.

March 19, 2023 - Opened last two bottles of this wine. The first was dark yellow and oxidized. The 2nd was also fairly dark and tinged with hints of oxidation, but we kept the bottle refrigerated and tried it again two days later… still rather forward, but certainly drinkable. these were part of a purchase years ago; the previous bottles were all excellent, but clearly these two were well down the road. Disappointing at best. I am wondering if these wines are simply not made to age.
