September 5, 2016 - Huiiii. Auf dem kann man richtig gut rumkauen ;-). Recht üppig kommt er im Moment daher. Schöne Würze. Süße noch sehr präsent. Zum verspäteten Mittagessen macht er trotzdem Spass.

November 10, 2013 - Nose: unmistakable source of the grape, German petrol, peach, mineral

Taste: tart, peach, great mouthfeel, mouthwatering finish, every sip I wondered: "Do I have taste buds in my cheeks?" very mineral driven finish. Delicious but not as complex as some higher end German's I've had.

October 20, 2012 - Mid- gold; muffled nose has closed down, gently grapey; tight, yet underscored by a velvety texture; remains youthful & not fully knit; depth on a refreshing, concentrated but rigid finish. Extended. Needs 5 years.
24 hours later honeyed nose; more expressive & spritely, a touch hard on finish. Shows its true potential.

October 6, 2008 - Wine Education Service - Classic German Rieslings (LSE): Light greenish silver.
A mineral nose with some sweet fruit.
    Elegant sweetness, good length.

May 22, 2006 - Rudi Weist German Tasting (presented by David Bowler) (Tribeca Grill): this is the lean - food wine Auslese - very pure, essence of minerality, lovely apples and pears on the foreground, long unending finish.

(Eitelsbacher Karthausherhofberg Auslese) Now here we go. Tropical. confectionary nose of great complexity backed up by steely minerals. Gloriously ripe and concentrated palate with great length and luscious fruit. Very long and finishes steely and minerally but not lacking fruit at all.
