October 26, 2006 - Riesling tasting at Astor (Astor Wines): Nose is overwhelmed by sulphur at the moment. On the palate, this is nicely complex, with lovely acids and notes of pears.

8/12/2007 (link)(Robert Weil Kabinett Halbtrocken) A perennial favorite of mine. This has citrus and minerals galore on the nose with a juicy, ripe palate impression that just exudes classy minerality and finesse. It does have that 2005 fat ripe profile but the acidity makes this just so juicy.
