November 1, 2017 - Light floral smell. Quite rich in the mouth with good acidity and minerality. Long pleasant bitter finish.

October 14, 2017 - No strong smell to note, slightly minerally. Ever so slight a petrol scent. Quite rich taste, not much fruit but a very pleasant bitterness. Refreshing and savoury. This needs drinking, I think it might have been better a couple of years ago.

July 10, 2016 - Hay color. Seems at peak. Smooth, dry and almost elegant with ripe melon, minerals and slightly bitter acidity that complements the fruit which is bright, almost candied, first 30 minutes. Drink now-2017.
