May 7, 2024 - Bright medium ruby color, no sediment. Cherry, cranberry, rasberry. Medium+ acidity. Juicy. Enjoyable but the finish is my least favorite as the heat tends to linger. Drank a couple of night via coravin and enjoyed more after actually opening the bottle and decanting it. I'll wait a couple of years before opening another bottle.

April 16, 2024 - After double decant drinking very well just now.

April 15, 2024 - A solid GSM blend with a splash of Counoise. A nice sidekick to tonight’s salmon and will likely continue to soften over the next decade. Drink now to 2035. Worth Seeking Out.

December 14, 2023 - A blend of 40% Mourvèdre, 35% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 5% Counoise. 14,5% ABV. Good mixed berry fruit, blackberry, milk chocolate, herbal notes, spices, liquorice, and stony mineral notes, with medium-level acidity, fine, well-integrated tannin, and very good length. Some VA. Good structure and concentration. The alcohol is lightly warming, but other than that the wine is well-balanced, and smoothly textured, and drinks well. Drink now, and over the next ten years.

July 29, 2023 - Decanted 45 min. Drank over 2 days. M- body. Well balanced tastes of red & darker fruits with occasional hints of meatiness and dark chocolate.
