March 2, 2024 - PnP. Absolutely stunning from the get go, creamy marsipan on the nose, stone fruits and great acid profile. Continued to fill out with air and get more integrated. This bottle was much better than the last, disappointing one. I can see this continuing to improve, but right now it's in the zone.

A baby at the moment and perhaps the diam cork slows its maturation. Hold these and hope further development sheds some the fat and integrates the oak.

Full and rich nose. Yellow orchard fruit and gently oaky. Hints of butterscotch and mineral. Good depth and complexity.
Medium-fullish, fullish palate with good grip and freshness. Balanced and oaky. Some development. Yellow orchard fruit and mineral hints. Good complexity, but a lacking a bit in complexity and depth. -

February 7, 2023 - CDT tasting: White WOTN. Huge nose of flint, mineral, petrol, pear and wood. Same on palate and such a long finish. Really enjoyed this wine. However, did seem to lose some of its steam over the drinking window (roughly an hour). With out this a solid 95, but 93 is probably fair.
