February 29, 2024 - Gorgeous nose with lots of floral notes, lemon, minerals, and a bit of reduction/flint. Great acidity on the palate with quite high intensity, more lemon, smoke, apple, and flint notes. Very deep and complex flavors and a long finish. This was outstanding! Showing much more at this stage compared to the BBM.
