October 29, 2015 - Much more spice and a hint of dill on the nose. I betcha that was rather freshly bottled. And then tangy on the back of the palate with some dark fruit up front. Lots of grip on the back of the palate as well. Just a hair discombobulated. Needs some time in the bottle.
