    June 27, 2010 - A delight! Dark ripe red fruit, ripe blackberry and cassis, ripe strawberry notes, a masculine wine, more depth than acidity, background of baked vanilla, nose still a bit tight so these flavors are not so much in the nose but in the warm pallette. after 30 minutes too so, the fruit has not changed but the tannins open to asphalt, spicy pepper, cinnamin, and netmeg, are the end note. Aging potential is there. This wine was cellared recommended temp.

    August 11, 2009 - Nice sfursat. There's raisin, toast, orange peel and an herbal quality. It's not particularly nuanced, but there's a very drinkable balance of the Nebbiolo tannin and good body. This will probably last a while, a lighten up a bit, but it's delicious now. Five days later, it's plump and viscous, like chocolate covered raisins.

    January 11, 2009 - Tasted at a public meeting.
    Very nice ruby red, very fresh, with purple tones.. Consistent.
    VERY FINE, complex and intense smell: densely FRUITY (black berry, bilberry), flower (dry flower), maybe some liquorice and bitumen.
    Med. dry, alcoholic (15%) and rounded; Good acidity, med. tannic and minerals. Powerful body
    Intense, persistent and fine in mouth; VERY EQUILIBRATED and harmonic.
    Very nice wine, witha perfect equilibrium sweet/dry
    15 months in allier; vines are dried for 3 months.
