December 10, 2023 - Performing like a northern Rhône Cote Rotie, this wine is firing on all cylinders. Olive tapenade, blue fruit and garrigue deliver an outstanding wine from Mr. Peterson. Great juice.

February 7, 2023 - From last weekend, this was great. The stems are noticeable in comparison to the other Weill Expositions and Bedrock Syrahs in general, leaving a more savory olive expression in addition to the meaty, peaty Syrah fruit. Glad I held this, the 2013 Expo I needs to rest another year or three.

December 14, 2022 - Well done Syrah. As usual I like to wait 8+ years before drinking these syrah wines. They tend to mellow out and become much more interesting. Look forward to trying the others in the series.

July 2, 2022 - First bottle opened in the series - wonderful. Lots of bacon fat, smoke, hints of leather and licorice hidden in the background. Glad we gave it tons of air as the first glass was very different from the remaining pours. The dark fruits and acidity showed themselves after the first hour. Can’t wait to try the other bottlings.

June 10, 2022 - P&P. Maybe should have decanted, but this was full throttle right off the pop. Meaty, savory, iodine, black fruit, oak, coffee, maybe a hint of root beer...really amazing wine that just kept giving all night. I feel like I just scratched the surface of this wine's complexity at hour 3 when it ran out. REALLY looking forward to the other 2 Expositions in this vintage, as well as the 2013s. Drink now (preferably with a couple hour decant) - 2032.
