August 22, 2023 - Very lovely and subdued. Umami, Forest floor, nice presence, gained some oomph after being open for about a half an hour, also darkened in the glass!

November 9, 2021 - Pnp, garnet color with a light rim. Ripe red fruits and hint of spice and autumn leaves. Sweet on palate, just enough acidity to bring out the fruits with more oak on palate than on nose. Good concentration and the use of oak justify the ripe fruits which was meant for long haul. Tannin pretty velvet but will continue to evolve. Long finish and more fruits emerged that overcame the oak. A hidden gem that will continue to age gracefully.

July 10, 2020 - I sadly didn't appreciate this as much as others. Quite lean for a 1990 and when served blind, most thought a 'weak vintage' from the 90s. Shared by SW

May 26, 2019 - Really good. Tannins are fully resolved. Drink these in the next few months. Mellow and harmonious.

November 17, 2018 - Stained half way up the cork. Decanted into narrow/tall beaker and consumed over 4 hours. Light red color, with very light bricking throughout. Continued to get better with air. Light nose of faint dried red berries. Flavors of red licorice, acid in the mid palate that leads to bit of sweet tobacco on the finish followed by red berries. Long finish.
