November 28, 2020 - This Grenache driven Southern Rhone style blend (54% Grenache, 22% Mourvèdre, 18% Syrah and 6% Tannat) is drinking wonderfully now with several more years left to give. A medium level nose of dusty dry plummy fruit, cocoa powder and woody herbs. The rich palate is mostly balanced, with a dominant mid-palate of garrigue herb flavors. The dry medium short finish good, but not great, which holds back our scoring. Paired quite nicely with a homemade enchiladas.

UPDATE: This kept getting better, even after 1 week vacu-sealed! 88-->90 pts.
