February 2, 2024 - Fleshy, substantial nose with dark cherries, meat and old oak, brooding, serious, changing. Quite full bodied on the palate, meaty, iron, lovely acidity along the fleshy, cool fruit on the balanced finish, great freshness. Still so young and still a bit tight. Years away from full maturity I think. 17.5+/20

November 25, 2023 - So young and fresh it surprised me. This will last many years. Medium weight. A little earth with some bright fruit like strawberry. Nice structure with wonderful finish and complexity.

March 4, 2023 - At the beginning, a little too much wood (vanilla) for my taste, but without excesses and gained complexity when opening up. Wild strawberries, forest soil, earthy. In the mouth medium- weight, again wild strawberries, tannic structure first feels a little big for the volume of the wine, but after some time improves quite a lot. Drunk just before a Arnoux-Lachaux Vosne-Romanée 2016, that had fresher, more straightforward fruit and similar structure. A nice duo.

July 6, 2021 - Lovely mid weight Pinot. Loam and mushroom notes are elevated above a fruit forward structure. Nice red and blue fruits, quite suave and smooth at this point. Expansive in the mouth—perfectly open but still quite fresh—with a lengthy finish. Solid depth. At peak?
So easy to drink this bottle was crushed in no time.
