June 13, 2019 - Better than two years ago. In its very drinking peak. A light, easy to drink, well integrated Toro. Far from Toro heavyweights in complexity and structure but with the very essence of them. Great QPR. If you have some, drink it now!

July 27, 2018 - Company function. Pop and poured. Drank slowly over 2+ hours.
Appearance is clear, deep intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium- intensity, with aromas of dark red plums, stony earth minerals, smoky tar. Developed.
On the palate, medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol (14%), smooth velvety medium+ tannins, full body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of red plums, peppery sweet spice, stony earth mineral, tar. Medium+ finish.
Good quality. Simple. A Toro that is actually easy drinking and not overly tannic. An approachable early drinker rather than an ager.

November 2, 2017 - Sehr leckerer Wein mit typischen Eichen aromen. Starker trockener Wein. Steak dazu perfekt.

October 18, 2016 - Powerful note of black fruits, well balanced, and thick.
I tested two times, with decanting and without, and the taste was definitely heavier and thicker without decanting. After 1-1.5 hour, very nice bouquet started to appear. With decanting, the bouquet immediately appeared but the taste became too light.
