April 20, 2024 - Going against the grain here. My bottle was absolutely delightful with patience. On opening and refrigerator temp, it was very thin and bitter (89 pts). Over the course of the evening, it began to open up tremendously as it got air and warmed up. Tremendous citrus sprang forth. Lots of lime, lime leaf, kafir lime, Meyer lemon creme brulee. Definitely some blossoms came through as well. The cork was perfect, and it was a full shoulder. Very subtle ox. Thoroughly enjoyed.

March 31, 2024 - Should have been drunk 5 years ago. Still good but is clearly over the top

December 21, 2022 - limited notes - a tad oily. lacks acidity and overall a bit boring

September 22, 2022 - The very embodiment of creme brulee crust. Sadly with light oxidation, apple-driven. DQed.

June 10, 2022 - (at Magdalena - Baltimore) Honey, oak, corn. Oily yet alive. Interesting. (92)

(Château Smith Haut Lafitte Blanc) Light medium yellow color; very appealing, maturing, lime, ripe grapefruit nose; rich, tasty, ripe lime, saline, mineral, almond palate with firm texture; should go 15-20 years; medium-plus finish 94+ points
