February 2, 2022 - In sweet spot now. Wonderful long finish with notes of wild blueberries. The acidity is perfectly balanced with the fruit. This is well made wine.

January 19, 2022 - Just had the Red Car pinot and this is standing its ground. Looks a bit lighter, definitely leaner but very assertive. The nose is cooler, I get more cranberry, raspberry, under-ripe strawberry, a bit of sap too. Drier on the palate, high acidity, grippy tannins, med-low alcohol. Texture is velvety. Crisp medium length finish. This can age but not as much as long as the Red Car. Well made, very enjoyable bottle. Wish it was a tad less costly.

May 2, 2021 - Clear medium ruby. Clean, medium nose of cranberry, red cherry, bell peppers, flint, hints of vanilla. Wine is developing. Palate: dry, medium acidity, medium minus tannins, medium alcohol, medium body and medium flavor intensity of mostly red fruit: cranberry, red cherry and mint. Finish is medium. Good, yet simple wine, mostly fruit aromas and flavors, not much of complexity. Drink now. Probably will not improve with aging
