April 14, 2024 - Fleshy Pomerol that has not really aged well, but has aged for sure. You really need to look for the clay notes or something, anything Bordeaux...Its soft, persistent, with good structure, caressing, yet has no layers. Yes,a stiff here, a whiff there....but I was looking and looking and looking, but dint find much. Its a hard sell at today's prices and I had to romance this in my head to keep a smile on while drinking my last glass, considering what I paid for it. DRINK i guess

December 25, 2023 - This bottle was in great condition and was firing on all cylinders after about 4 hours. Very complex and compelling nose, plenty of earth, tobacco and spices. Really enjoyed this

December 11, 2023 - Well aged, with great ambering all over the place, showing a healthy garnet colored wine. Some clay, some cellar must, with a bit of fatigue in the form of ripe plum and oriental spice. The finish is long and old world, but not all that interesting or exotic. I expected much more from this bottle. Dis appoint Ed. I'd say these are the best days for the net 7 years until we get into the deep clay and coffee with this. DRINK or HOLD

October 20, 2023 - The nose is fragrant with coffee& cream, with some floral notes. We tried drinking right away and that's a big mistake. Decanter for at least 4 hours or wish you had. The last 3 TN pretty much sum this up with dark blackberry, blueberry, toffee, hint of mocha, and still a decent amount of acidity. My take on this wine is that it's in a great place to drink as it has 18 years of aging, and perhaps going much longer would not be a good idea. This TN is based on 2 bottles tried over a week period.
