June 4, 2022 - First time with this great wine. Light goldish, transparent in appearance. Nose is very much about citrus - plenty of lemon, touch of lime, somewhat sweetish and tropical fruit notes to add complexity. Palate is medium+-bodied, superbly rich, honey and tropical fruits, lime and distinct acidity keeping freshness. 30+ sec finish!

April 27, 2022 - A wonderful example of Hunter Semillon. At 8 years, still a teenager. Beginning to show some bottle development but just a hint of its future. Needs another 5 years before disturbing another bottle. It will be beautiful old example.

November 24, 2021 - Still very pale and unevolved. The nose has a whiff of buttered toast and some lemon. The palate is so direct, cool and linear. It oozes citrus and has a light grassiness and a suggestion of mint. It is so focused and long and just may live forever under screwcap.
