August 15, 2016 - Plenty going on here. With an hour or two of decanting, a blend of red and dark fruits is unleashed, accompanied by bell pepper, earthy tones, ample acidity...all wrapped together skillfully and yielding to an extremely lengthy finish. Drawback is it's more than a little hot. Outstanding with food -- in our case a pork loin. Shinn is getting it done.
