March 23, 2016 - Light to medium body, pale straw with greenish tints color. Aromatic, citrus and apples, flowers, dominantly grassy aroma. Green apples and herbs on the palate, medium long spicy finish. Fresh and crispy, clean texture, complex, balanced, lovely acidity. Food friendly, best match is fishes or sharp cheeses. Open at half hour in advance. Serve 12º - 16º. Drink now.
