November 29, 2015 - Lovely mature Semillon with some sweet/roasted vegetal notes and a distinct whiff of caramel. A slightly austere edge with quite vibrant acidity lingering. Quite a bit of pep for a wine of this age when so much of the palate consists of secondary notes, but with the right food it really works.
